Paneer Grilled Sandwich - Quick Breakfast / Lunch Box / Tiffin / Snack

This one's for passionate eaters! An inside out sandwich filled with wholesome goodness of bell peppers, mushrooms cheese.

Paneer 2 (blocks)
Butter 200 Gram
Salt To Taste
Pepper 1 Packet
For filling
Bell pepper 3 , strips (1 each colour)
Onions 2 , julienned
Chopped ginger 1 Inch
Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm) , chop
Mushrooms 10 , slice
Tomato 1 , slice
Salt To Taste
Crushed pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Grated mozzarella 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oregano 1 Bottle (1 l) (small)
Chilli flakes 1 Bottle (1 l) (small)
Oil 2 Packet
Bread loaf 1 (white/brown whatever is available)



1.Cut the paneer into thick slabs.

2.Brush it with salt pepper and butter and keep it aside.

3.For filling, in a pan heat oil and butter.

4.Sauté onions, then garlic and ginger.

5.To this add the bell peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes.

6.Break bread into small pieces, cook and make a mixture.

7.Add salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, mix and remove from heat.

8.Quickly add mozzarella and mix well.Keep the mixture aside.

For assembly:

9.Put the paneer slice below, put the mixture and put another paneer slice on top.

10.Press and ensure its tightly packed.

11.Heat some butter and oil in a grill pan, give grill marks to the sandwich.


12.Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
