This one's for passionate eaters! An inside out sandwich filled with wholesome goodness of bell peppers, mushrooms cheese.
Make this Diwali Rich with Paneer Grilled Sandwich.
|Bell pepper||3 , strips (1 each colour)|
|Onions||2 , julienned|
|Chopped ginger||1 Inch|
|Garlic||10 Clove (50 gm) , chop|
|Mushrooms||10 , slice|
|Tomato||1 , slice|
|Crushed pepper||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Grated mozzarella||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oregano||1 Bottle (1 l) (small)|
|Chilli flakes||1 Bottle (1 l) (small)|
|Bread loaf||1 (white/brown whatever is available)|
1.Cut the paneer into thick slabs.
2.Brush it with salt pepper and butter and keep it aside.
3.For filling, in a pan heat oil and butter.
4.Sauté onions, then garlic and ginger.
5.To this add the bell peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes.
6.Break bread into small pieces, cook and make a mixture.
7.Add salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, mix and remove from heat.
8.Quickly add mozzarella and mix well.Keep the mixture aside.
9.Put the paneer slice below, put the mixture and put another paneer slice on top.
10.Press and ensure its tightly packed.
11.Heat some butter and oil in a grill pan, give grill marks to the sandwich.
12.Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
