Masala Chai Pudding - How To Make Pudding - Eggless Pudding - Dessert

Chai can be more fun when not served hot, we made it, added a lil zing, cooled it, freezed it and shared it as masala chai pudding.


Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chai masala 1 Teaspoon
Tea leaves 2 Tablespoon
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Custard powder 4 Tablespoon
Agar agar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1.Make masala chai (water, chai masala, Elaichi, tea leaves).

2.Reduce it by 30%, and add condensed milk and custard powder.

3.Bring it to boil and keep it aside to get to room temperature.

4.Once it reaches room temperature, pour it in the bowls and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours

or until set.


5.Serve and enjoy.
