Spinach And Cheese Kofta - Cheese Palak Kofta - Spinach Cheese Balls - Easy Snack / Tiffin

Some combinations are made in heaven... some in our kitchen..just like Spinach Cheese Koftas!


For the koftas outer covering:
Boiled potatoes 3 , mash
Ginger chilli paste 1 Teaspoon
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Amchur powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
For the kofta filling:
Spinach 2 1/2 Ounce , chopped finely (blanched,1 bunch)
Cheese cubes 3 , grated
Finely chopped onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger chilli paste 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 4 Drop
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste



1.Mix all ingredients for the kofta outer covering and knead it like a soft dough. Keep it aside.

2.Mix all ingredients of the kofta filling and check for seasoning.

3.Make small balls of the filling and stuff them into disks of the outer covering and seal well.

4.You will get about 10-12 koftas.

5.Heat some oil in a kadhai, and fry the koftas on medium heat. Drain on kitchen paper.


6.Serve with chutney of your own choice.
