Chapati Noodles - Roti Noodles - Quick and Easy Recipe

Leftover chapati is no more a problem! Here's some quick, fun super easy CHAPATI NOODLES with all the crunchy vegetables for your snack time.


Chapati 4
Refined oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 2 , chop (lengthwise)
Chopped cabbage 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (lengthwise)
Chopped carrot 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (lengthwise)
Capsicum 1 , chop (lengthwise)
Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) , chop
Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Soy sauce 1/2 Teaspoon
Tomato sauce 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste



1.Cut the chapatis into strips.

2.Heat refined oil, add onions and garlic sauté until browned.

3.Now add carrot and cabbage, sauté them till raw smell leaves, sauté in medium high flame keep sautéing to avoid burning.

4.Add capsicum and sauté for a minute.

5.Then add soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.

6.Now add the chapati strips and mix well. Simmer for 2mins and toss well.


7.Give a quick stir and serve hot.
