Popcorn 3 Ways-How To Make Popcorn,Salted,Caramel-Sweet & Spicy-Healthy Snack Recipe

Not one, not two but three ways to make your snack time fun time with this Popcorn-3Ways.


For caramel popcorn:
Popcorn kernels 150 Gram (1 pack)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Popcorn kernels 150 Gram (1 pack)
For sweet and spicy popcorn:
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon (or as needed)
Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
For awesome popcorn:
Popcorn kernels 150 Gram (1 pack)
Spice mix 1 Tablespoon (awesome,use this link for recipe : http://bit.ly/MasalaFries3Ways)


Getting ready:

1.Empty the pack of Act 2 popcorn in a pressure cooker, cover it with the lid inverted on medium heat.

2.Within minutes, you will have warm and fresh popcorn. (Check the timings at the back of the pack- varies from 2- 3 mins)


For Caramel Popcorn

3.Add sugar to a pan, and keep it on low to medium heat.

4.Once the sugar is completely melted and the colour changes to golden brown caramel, pour it over the plain popcorn (in minutes the caramelised sugar topped popcorn will be cool and crispy).

For Sweet and Spicy Popcorn

5.Add black pepper, red chilli powder, salt and powdered sugar in a bowl of plain popcorn.

For Awesome Popcorn

6.Toss the plain popcorn in the Awesome spice mix.


7.Toss well and serve.
