The stuffing just needs to be mixed together and requires no cooking, so it is quite fast and easy.

|Red chilli sauce||4 Teaspoon|
|To be mixed into a stuffing:|
|Finely chopped cucumber||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped tomatoes||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (deseeded)|
|Finely chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon (dhania)|
|Grated carrot||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped capsicum||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded lettuce||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped spring onions||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (whites and green)|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheese spread||2 Tablespoon|
1. Divide the stuffing into 8 equal portions. Keep aside.
2. Place a chapati on a clean, dry surface and spread tsp of chilli sauce evenly over it.
3. Place a portion of the stuffing on one side of the chapati and roll it up tightly.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make 7 more rolls.
