Many of you asked me to share some of my 86-year-old mother's favorite recipes, so we share her favorite food of all time: bean and rice vegan porridge made with kidney beans and sticky white rice.

Ingredients

Kidney beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
White sticky rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pine nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 2 Liter (as required)
