How To Make Vegetable Frankie - Homemade Frankie Rolls - Easy Veg Snack Recipe

Ingredients

Chapathi 3
For masala
Red chili powder 3 Tablespoon
Aamchur powder 4 Tablespoon
Cumin powder 3 Tablespoon
Coriander powder 3 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
For the filling
Potatoes 2 , boil
Onion finely chopped 2 Tablespoon
Green chilli finely chopped 1/2 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
White pepper To Taste
Oil 1 Tablespoon
For frankie
Roughly chopped onion 2
Frankie masala 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

For Masala :

1.Mix all the ingredients together, and store in a container.

For the filling:

2.Sauté the onion and chilli in a pan and keep it aside

3.Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

4.Mix the sautéed onion and chilli, and the chaat masala seasoning in the mashed potato very well.

5.Make long oval patties out of the mixture.

To Make Frankie :

6.Lightly fry the patties only to get a golden colour.

7.Now lightly heat the chapatis and top it with onions some vinegar.

8.Sprinkle some frankie masala and place the pattie. Season well.

9.Wrap the chapatti into a roll.

10.Finally wrap the Frankie roll in a paper and serve with ketchup.

SERVING:

11.Serve hot with green chutney.
