|For the dough|
|Ghee/Oil||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as required)|
|Ghee||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Fennel seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Green peas||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Turmeric powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Red chilli powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||500 Gram (boiled, peeled and chopped)|
|Chopped cashew nuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Chaat masala powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for deep frying)|
1.In a bowl knead the dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
2.Roll the dough out in to a thin sheet.
3.Cut it in long stripes and deep fry till golden brown.
4.Let it cool and then crumble it.
5.In a pan het some ghee add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
6.Nest add fennel seeds, ginger and green chillies.
7.Add green peas to this and mix well.
8.Nest add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, and cashew nuts.
9.Mix this well and mash it a bit.
10.Add to this the mashed boiled potatoes and mix well.
11.Take the potato mix and flatten it, place the crumble in it and then seal it, to form a triangular shape.
12.Pan fry the potato mix till golden brown.
13.Serve hot with green chutney.
Blend chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and ginger, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt with a little water till smooth.
