Happy 70th Independence Day to all! Ignited are our souls smelt of patriotism everywhere in our Country, India aka Bharat. Chats are something we all love! Hence, its justified to relish in some tiranga chat recipe. Puris filled with potatoes, onions and cucumber, topped of with three colours of the Indian Flag. This is easy, tasty, colorful and a chatpata recipe.


Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
Green chutney 2 Tablespoon
Garlic chutney 2 Tablespoon
Powdered sugar 5 Tablespoon
Black salt 1 Pinch
Puris of pani puri 12
Boiled potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cucumber 3 Tablespoon
Onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Green chili 6
Coriander 1 Tablespoon
For spice mix/masala:
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Black salt 1 Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Chat masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
