Grilled Paneer Roti Wraps - How To Make Paneer Wrap / Roll / Frankie At Home - Sandwich Wraps

Wrap the paneer, grill the roti and serve as hot grilled paneer roti wraps!


Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 , finely chopped
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon , chop
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon , chop
Red chilli powder 1/3 Teaspoon
Fennel powder 1/2 Teaspoon
American corn 100 Gram , boil
Salt To Taste
Paneer cubes 200 Gram
Baby spinach 50 Gram
Roti 4
Green chutney 4 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
For garnish
Onion rings 1 Tablespoon
Cooked spinach leaves 6
Baby spinach 6 Tablespoon
Salad To Taste



1.In a pan heat some oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and mix well.

2.Add red chilli powder, fennel powder, corn and salt.

3.Place the paneer pieces and mix well.

4.In the pan add the baby spinach and mix for 2-3 minutes.

5.Take a roti and add chutney, onion rings, cooked spinach, corn and paneer filling and wrap it up.

6.In a grilled pan add little oil and butter and place the rotis.

7.Cook the roti till the grill marks come.


8.Cut it and serve hot with some salad.
