Happy Independence Day to all! Let's celebrate this great day in our Indian history by this beautiful Milk Barfi. Drenched in the colors of patriotism is the Tiranga Barfi. This recipe of mawa burfi is easy to churn out, and a hit amongst all mass. So, why not try this sweet dish and drench yourself in the colors of the Indian Flag! Jai Hind! Vande Mataram :)

Ingredients

Milk 250 Milliliter
Milk powder 200 Gram
Ghee 3 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Unsalted pistachios 2 Tablespoon
Dry coconut 3 Tablespoon (fresh can be used)
Saffron strands 1 Pinch
Water 1 Tablespoon
