Creamy Red Lentil Curry is a Vegan friendly, Dairy Free and Gluten Free main dish, perfect for Meat Free Monday. Onion and garlic are combined with red lentils and a variety of spices along with tomato and coconut milk. Simmered gently, this creamy curry is great served over rice, with mixed vegetables or just by itself - Try it today :)


Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
Brown onion 1
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Mild mustard 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
Ground coriander 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Mild curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Tomato paste 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Coconut cream 400 Milliliter
Dry uncooked lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Mint 1 Teaspoon , chopped finely (((Optional)))
