Lunch Recipe-Chicken Ranch Wrap

This easy to make and DELICIOUS wrap will become your go-to lunch recipe. The homemade lightened up Ranch sauce will also be your favorite! It's healthy and flavorful!


For ranch dressing:
Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
Chopped fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon
Chopped fresh chives 1 Teaspoon
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
For wrap:
Tortilla 1
Shredded rotisserie chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cooked bacon slices 2
Avocado 1/2 , slice
Chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Shredded monterrey jack cheese 2 Tablespoon
Dressing 3 Tablespoon ((Homemade ranch



1. In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, milk, dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.

2. Now it's time to make the wrap. Take a tortilla and in the middle add the chicken, bacon, avocado slices, chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, and as much or as little ranch dressing as you'd like.

3. Fold burrito style or as wrap, cut it in half.


4. Serve and enjoy.
