Paneer Gobi Pasanda - How To Make Paneer Gobi - Punjabi Style Paneer Recipe

Oil 2 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) , slice
Ginger 1/2 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Green chilli 1
Cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped finely
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/3 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Clove 1
Paneer cubes 200 Gram , fry



1.Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger and chillies.

2.Cook till the onions turn brown.

3.Next add cauliflower and the spices and mix well.

4.Then add in milk and clove and cook for 2-3 minutes.

5.Let it cool and then grind it into a smooth paste.

6.Add in fried paneer pieces and mix through the paste.

7.Garnish with coriander leaves.


8.Serve hot.
