Cheesy Mirchi Pakoda - How To Make Cheese Pakora

Rains and Chai is always incomplete without something fried. To fill the gap, make some Cheesy Mirchi Pakoda this monsoon.

Ingredients

Chillies 6 (((bhavnagri chillies)))
Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Ajwain 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (((as required)))
For stuffing
Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped mixed peppers 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped green chillies 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil for frying 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.Combine all the ingredients for the stuffing and keep aside.

2.Make a slit on the chilli and remove the seeds from inside.

3.Stuff the chilli with the filling. And keep aside.

4.In a bowl mix the ingredients for the batter.

5.Dip the chilli in the batter and deep fry it in oil.

6.Cook till it turns golden from all sides.

SERVING:

7.Serve hot with green chutney and sweet chutney.
