An enhanced version of chila, cabbage mini pancake is delicious and wholesome. What is more, it can also be prepared in a jiffy, making it a great start to a busy day. Serve hot and fresh with chutney or ketchup.
|Grated cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Besan||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((Bengal gram flour)))|
|Finely chopped onions||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green chillies||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1/2 Teaspoon (((haldi)))|
|Cumin seeds powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Ginger paste||1/2 Teaspoon (((adrak)))|
|Finely chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon (((dhania)))|
1.Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with approx. cup water and mix well.
2. Grease a non-stick mini uttapa pan with a little oil.
3. Pour a little batter in each uttapa mould and spread it lightly.
4. Cook on a medium flame, using a little oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make more mini pancakes.
6. Serve Immediately.
