|Peanut||3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , roast|
|Besan||3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (Bengal gram flour)|
|Whole wheat flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (gehun ka atta)|
|Shredded spinach||3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (palak)|
|Warm oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped green chillies||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Deep frying)|
1.Combine all the ingredients along with approx. cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well.
2.Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, drop small spoonfuls of batter in the oil, few at a time, and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
3.Serve immediately with green chutney and sweet chutney.
