RAJ KACHORI...naam toh suna hi hoga...
|Wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rava||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Besan||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) ((for frying))|
|Potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) , boil ((boiled and cubed))|
|Moong||1 Cup (16 tbs) , boil|
|Curds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chaat masala||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Green chutney||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((use as required))|
|Sweet chutney||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((use as required))|
|Sev||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.Mix the different flours in a bowl with salt and little water to make a soft dough.
2.Divide the dough in equal portions and roll it out in a circle
3.Heat oil in a kadai and put the rolled out dough in it and fry till it changes colour to a light brown.
4.Remove the kachori on a paper, and keep aside to cool
5.Make a hole in the kachori.
6.Add potatoes, moong, curd, salt and chaat masala.
7.Pour curds on top and add the chutneys.
8.Finish with a garnish of sev.
9.Serve and enjoy!
