Smoked And Seared Pork Belly Taco

This was KILLER! Applied a little Galimaro Argentine Sauce to the bellies, smoked em' on the Backwoods Chubby 3400, then seared em' up. Taco Time!


Pork belly 2 1/2 Pound
Chimichurri sauce To Taste ((red))
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For deep frying))
Mexican style hominy 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Seasoning To Taste
Corn tortilla 4
Cilantro To Taste
Diced onion To Taste
Salsa To Taste
Cheese To Taste
