Locha Puris Or Pooris / Soft Mulayam Puris

Serve steaming hot Pooris with any curry or stir fry sabzi. Taste great with pickle as well. Puris can be made with wheat or refined flour but I like the one made with stone ground wheat flour.


Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch ((optional))
