Green Goddess Salad Dressing is really simple to make. Try and Enjoy!
Fresh italian flat leaf parsley | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((firmly packe)) | |
Fresh tarragon | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((firmly packed)) | |
Fresh basil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Green onions | 2 , trimmed | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Anchovies/Anchovy paste | 2 | |
Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lemon | 1/2 , juice extracted | |
Black pepper | To Taste | |
Kosher salt | To Taste |
MAKING:
1.When measuring the flat leaf parsley and tarragon, firmly pack the leaves in to a measuring cup.
2.The basil leaves should be half the amount of the parsley and tarragon.
3.Blend the ingredients together in a high-power blender or food processor until smooth.
SERVING:
4.Serve immediately or chill first.
