Grilled Panini Caprese-A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.

Ingredients

For panini:
Flour 500 Gram
Yeast 6 Ounce ((1 cube))
Sugar 1 Pinch
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Herbs 1 Teaspoon ((I used fish & butter))
Water 150 Milliliter
Olive oil 40 Milliliter
Serrano ham slice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional, for topping))
Tomato slice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional, for topping))
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional, for topping))
Sea salt To Taste ((optional, for topping))
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon ((optional, for topping))
Arugula leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional, for topping))
