Honey Elaichi Ice Cream - Easy Ice Cream

Life is like an ice-cream, we must enjoy before it melts... when it's homemade sweet as honey....one mustn't delay!


Milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Powdered sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Fresh cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Elaichi powder 1/3 Teaspoon
Honey 3 Tablespoon
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1.Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and blend well.

2.Pour the mixture into a shallow container. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2-3 hours or till completely frozen.

3.Remove the mixture from the fridge and whisk again until smooth (to remove the ice crystals). Set in the fridge for another 2-3 hours.


4. Once the mixture sets serve it in a waffle cone with some honey on the top.
