Apricot BACON JAM BURGER - A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.

Ingredients

For jam:
Bacon 750 Gram
Shallots 7
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Apricots 8
Balsamic vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Maple syrup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
Olive oil spray 1
For burger:
Minced beef 180 Gram
Cheddar cheese slices 2
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Buns 1
Lettuce leaf 1
Tomato slices 2
Bbq sauce 2 Tablespoon ((to taste))
Olive oil spray 1
