How To Make Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - Easy Homemade Hummus

Hummus is protein rich healthy snack. It is a chickpea dip and today we make roasted Red Bell Pepper hummus. packed with flavour, easy to make and perfect for sharing with friends.

Ingredients

Red bell pepper 1
Chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tahini 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.Roast Red Peppers on a hot skillet/ in a bbq or on a grill.

2.Then combine all ingredients and form a smooth dip.

SERVING:

3. Serve with pita chips, dips or flatbread of your choice.
