Number two of two videos I did for Kingsford using their new BBQ sauces and Long Burning Charcoal. This crunchy beauty was inspired by one of my all time favorite street foods... The Sonora Dog!
I kicked up the sauce by adding 1/4 cup of tequila to one cup of their Honey Jalapeño Mesquite BBQ sauce and reducing it over heat until it came back to one cup of sauce. I topped this burger with fried corn tortilla strips, which I hit with a little Mexican Adobo Seasoning.
