Easy Oven Baked Risotto

Making risotto usually means a lot of stirring, and then stir some more, and don't forget to stir! With this Oven Baked Risotto, all you need is 4-ingredients and an oven - no hassle, and it tastes great.


Butter 2 Tablespoon , melt
Low sodium fat free chicken broth 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Arborio rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1.Preheat oven to 400F.


2.In a baking dish, mix together butter, broth, rice, onion and season to taste.

3.Pop into oven and bake, covered for 35 minutes.

4.Remove from oven and fluff rice with fork.


5.Serve and enjoy!
