|Butter||2 Tablespoon , melt|
|Low sodium fat free chicken broth||2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Arborio rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Preheat oven to 400F.
2.In a baking dish, mix together butter, broth, rice, onion and season to taste.
3.Pop into oven and bake, covered for 35 minutes.
4.Remove from oven and fluff rice with fork.
5.Serve and enjoy!
