Hummus Recipe - Caramelized Onion Flavour - Homemade Easy Dip - Healthy Snacks

Hummus is protein rich healthy snack. It is a chickpea dip. Here we are sharing one of our favourite Hummus flavours recipe- Caramelized onion. Packed with flavour, easy to make and perfect for sharing with friends.

Ingredients

Chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Onion 1 ((((((Thinly sliced))))))
Cloves 3
Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Tahini paste 3 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.First we cook onions on slow heat so that they are no longer raw ( are caramelized)

2. Then we combine all ingredients.

3. Blend them to make a smooth dip.
