Hummus is protein rich healthy snack. It is a chickpea dip. Here we are sharing one of our favourite Hummus flavours recipe- Caramelized onion. Packed with flavour, easy to make and perfect for sharing with friends.
|Chickpeas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 ((((((Thinly sliced))))))|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Tahini paste||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1.First we cook onions on slow heat so that they are no longer raw ( are caramelized)
2. Then we combine all ingredients.
3. Blend them to make a smooth dip.
4.Serve and enjoy!
