TACO Pie - Easy Weeknight Meals

This Taco Pie is an indulgent easy weeknight meal. Ole! Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!

Ingredients

Tortillas 3
Chicken breasts 1 Pound
Taco seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Salsa 10 Tablespoon ((as required))
Grated cheese 300 Gram ((Mozza Cheddar))
Jalapenos To Taste
Salad 6 Tablespoon ((Corn and Bean))
Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat oven to 350F.

MAKING:

2.Remove the Chicken tenders and butterfly the Chicken breast.

3.Place between a sheet of parchment and use a meat mallet or a rolling pin to flatten.

4.Add the Taco seasoning and rub into the Chicken.

5.Saute in a frying pan till cooked and leave aside.

6.Slice when cool.

7.Prepare a cake pan with parchment paper for easy removal and clean up.

8.Place a Tortilla at the bottom, followed by 3 tbsps of Salsa, 1/3 of the Chicken breast, 2 tbsps of Corn & Bean salad, Jalapenos to taste and about 100 gms of Cheese.

9.Repeat this two more times and add some chopped Coriander or Cilantro in the final layer.

10.Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

11.Garnish with more Coriander.

SERVING:

12.Serve and enjoy!
