Southeast Asian/American fusion right here! I'm having so much fun with these Rooster Stix! The ideas are swirling full speed!


Pork belly 2 1/2 Pound
Siracha seasoning stix To Taste
Honey 2 Tablespoon (((use as required)))
Pear nectar 3 Tablespoon (((use as required)))
Crustini roll To Taste (((use depending on guests)))
Butter 2 Tablespoon (((use as required)))
Mayo To Taste (((mixed with sweet chili sauce)))
Green onion To Taste
Cilantro To Taste
Persian cucumber To Taste
For the rub:
Chinese 5 spice 5 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Ground chili powder 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Pickled veggies:
Rice wine vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
White diakon 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Carrot 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Jalapeno peppers 4 (((green)))
