Breakfast Recipe-Healthy No Bake Energy Bites

These delicious healthy treats take only minutes to make and they're the perfect on-the-go breakfast or quick snack. Biting into them you feel like you're eating a decadent cookie dough but....they're healthy! Now that's a win-win in my book.


Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Creamy almond butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Almond flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chia seeds 2 Tablespoon
Mini dark chocolate chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Craisins 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sliced almonds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1/4 Teaspoon
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

2.Make balls with 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and place on parchment lined sheet.


3.Serve and enjoy!


Can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 1 week.
