These delicious healthy treats take only minutes to make and they're the perfect on-the-go breakfast or quick snack. Biting into them you feel like you're eating a decadent cookie dough but....they're healthy! Now that's a win-win in my book.
|Rolled oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Creamy almond butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almond flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chia seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Mini dark chocolate chips||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Craisins||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2.Make balls with 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and place on parchment lined sheet.
3.Serve and enjoy!
Can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 1 week.
