Baked - no fry Bateta Vadas (Aloo Bondas) to prepare yummy Vada Pav. Now, that's called guilt free eating your favorite traditional treats with modern health approach!


For batter:
Chickpea flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Hing 1 Pinch
Eno salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((use as required)))
Red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon (((Optional)))
For filling:
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Curry leaves sprig 1
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Large
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Potato 2 Large
Amchoor 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chili powder To Taste
Garam masala To Taste
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cooked quinoa 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
