It is super easy to make a delicious chicken dinner in no time at all.
Boneless chicken breasts | 2 ((skin on)) | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon ((plus extra for seasoning)) | |
Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
Beets | 2 Medium , slice ((I used red and golden)) | |
Blood orange | 1 , slice | |
Fresh herbs | 1 Tablespoon ((parsley, tarragon, chives, rosemary (choose one))) | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon ((vegetable or olive)) | |
Pepper | To Taste |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
MAKING:
2.Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
3.In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken for 1-2 minutes on each side.
4.Once done, place chicken on baking sheet.
5.Place beets and orange slices on pan.
6.Sprinkle herbs and drizzle oil over chicken and veggies.
7.Season with salt and pepper.
8.Pop into oven and cook for 30 minutes.
