Avocado Toast is all the rage, healthy and delicious and topped with Crab is the perfect Easy Weeknight Meal!
|Crab meat||120 Gram , drained (1 can)|
|Lemon||1 , juice extracted|
|Chopped coriander||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soya sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced red chili||1 Tablespoon|
|Sriracha sauce||To Taste|
1.In a bowl, combine drained crab meat, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice, soy sauce and mix well. Set aside.
2.In another bowl, mash avocado. Add juice of lemon, salt, pepper, coriander, red chilli and mix well.
3.Toast ciabatta buns and top with avocado mixture and crab mixture.
4.Drizzle sriracha sauce over it to taste.
5.Serve and enjoy!
