Veg Tikka Platter / Quick Veg Appetizers

Instead of getting grilled in this heat, why not grill these veggies with these amazing combinations.


Marination 1 lasooni mirch with paneer
Paneer 500 Gram
Dry red chilli 50 Gram
Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Marination 2 malai style with mushroom
Mushroom 100 Gram
Cream 50 Gram
Cheese spread 30 Gram
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Coriander leaves To Taste
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Marination 3 hariyali style with potato
Potato 3
Mint leaves To Taste
Coriander leaves To Taste
Ginger garlic chilli paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
For garnish:
Carrot 2
Onion 2 (use as required)
Beetroot 2 (use as required)



1. Makes fine paste of the 3 marinations individually.

2. Season them as per taste.

3. Marinate the individual vegetables

4. Once marinated, keep them aside for 15 minutes


5. Skew the marinated vegetables.

6. Grill them on a hot grill pan. Baste with butter.


7. Serve with Mixed crisp salad and chutney.
