Crab Salad

It's the perfect time of year for a crab salad - we give a twist on the classic.

Ingredients

For the dressing:
Rice vinegar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Mirin 1 1/2 Tablespoon
White soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
Sesame oil 6 1/2 Milliliter
Light soy sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , finely chopped
Shallot 1 , finely chopped
For the salad:
Pea sprouts 3 Ounce (((((1 bunch, available at your local farmers market)))))
Sweet corn 1 (((((1 cob)))))
Honey crisp apples 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , julienned
Parsley leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((((Small handful)))))
Cilantro leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((((Small handful)))))
Crab meat 1 Pound , shredded (((((preferably Maine crab for its sweetness)))))
