Much simpler than you think, Gourmet Beef Wellingtons can easily be cooked on the grill with just a few ingredients. I cooked mine on the Island Grillstone but you can use a skillet or sheet pan if that is what you have.

Yellow onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped finely | |
