Samosa Bhel / Indian Chaat

When two of our favourite snacks...Samosa and Bhel combine, need we say more?

Ingredients

Boiled potato 1 , cut into cubes
Onion 2 Tablespoon
Tomatoes 2 Tablespoon
Green chillies 2
Rice puffs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Chaat masala 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Samosa 2
For garnish:
Sweet chutney To Taste
Green chutney To Taste
Sev To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1. In a bowl mix boiled potatoes, spices and rice puffs.

2. Then smash the samosa and add to the potato mixture.

3. Now add the chutneys and mix once again.

SERVING:

4. Garnish with sev, onion and a dash of lemon juice and serve.
