CHICKEN Crust PIZZA - Easy Weeknight Meals GLUTEN Free

Chicken and Cauliflower Pizzas are all the rage! This gluten free delicious pizza base is made of Chicken. You can top this any way you like!

Ingredients

Ground chicken 8 Ounce ((approx. 500 gms))
Fresh basil leaves 10
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Pizza sauce 4 Tablespoon
Sun dried tomato slice 4
Olives 4 , slice
Coconut flour 4 Tablespoon
Egg 1
Shredded cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat oven to 350F.

2.Line baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

MAKING:

3.In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, basil leaves, egg, salt, pepper, coconut flour and mix well.

4.Add grated cheese and mix well.

5.Pat the mixture into pizza crust over baking sheet as shown in the video.

6.Pop into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

7.Once done, top with pizza sauce, sun dried tomatoes, basil, olives, cheese and pop into oven.

8.Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

9.Garnish with more basil if desired.

SERVING:
