Schezwan Noodles At Home - Spicy Fried Noodles - Quick And Easy Indo Chinese Schezwan Noodles

Today I made most popular Yummy Chinese Schezwan Noodles. It is a hot and spicy version of the noodles, prepared by hot Schezwan sauce. Here I also added my secret noodles masala to enhance the taste. I added vegetables in the noodles, but you can also add chicken, eggs or paneer. You can also prepare schezwan fried rice using the same sauce and masala.


Noodles 1 Packet (boiled in salted water, washed in cold water and mix with oil to prevent sticking)
Onion 1 Large
Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded
Carrot 1 Medium
Capsicum 1
Spring onion 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely
Schezwan sauce 3 Tablespoon
Dark soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Noodles masala 1 Teaspoon
