This is my attempt at making the Greg Norman Burger that is served up at the Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer in NYC!
|Mayo||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Dill||1 Tablespoon , finely chopped|
|Beef patty||1 ((Wagu))|
|Kosher salt||To Taste|
|Blue cheese||1 Tablespoon ((use as required))|
|Argula greens||To Taste|
