|Cream cheese||8 Ounce , softened|
|Milk||2 Tablespoon (as desired for spreading)|
|Celery salt||1/3 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Fresh chives||1 Tablespoon , finely chopped|
1. Place cream cheese in a medium-sized mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve with vegetables and/or crackers. Enjoy!
