Pahadi kebabs are delicate morsels of boneless chicken, marinated in a blend of fresh mint, coriander, ginger and garlic and hung yogurt and cooked to perfection on a hot grill. Finished off with a light sprinkling of Garam Masala. Delicious to a fault!
