PAHADI KEBAB - Mint And Coriander Boneless chicken

Pahadi kebabs are delicate morsels of boneless chicken, marinated in a blend of fresh mint, coriander, ginger and garlic and hung yogurt and cooked to perfection on a hot grill. Finished off with a light sprinkling of Garam Masala. Delicious to a fault!


Fresh mint 2 Ounce
Coriander 2 Ounce
Hung yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
Green chile 3
Chopped ginger 3 Tablespoon
Lime 1 , juice extracted
Boneless chicken cubes 2 Pound
Oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
White pepper 1 Centiliter
Garam masala 2 Pinch
