A delicious salmon fillet with a garlic and herb cream cheese tucked inside a premade flaky puff pastry and baked to perfection. This recipe is packed with flavor, while still being light enough to make a perfect spring lunch.
|Salmon||500 Gram , skinned (1 half side)|
|Shortcrust pastry||1 (1 pack ready rolled)|
|Garlic cheese||125 Gram (le roule)|
|Egg||1 (beaten with a splash of water)|
1.Preheat oven to 200F.
2.Lay pastry sheet and place salon over it.
3.Top with garlic cheese and another piece of salmon over it.
4.Wrap as shown in the video and seal edges.
5.Baste with egg wash and place on baking tray.
6.Pop into oven and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Serve hot with boiled potatoes/ salad and enjoy!
