You can replicate the Outback Steakhouse mushrooms simply at home.
|Fresh mushrooms||16 Ounce|
|Diced onions||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned beef broth||10 1/2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Burgundy wine||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1.In a skillet, heat butter and add mushrooms and onions in it.
2.Sprinkle salt and saute until mushrooms are browned.
3.Add red wine, beef broth and cook until sauce reduces.
4.Serve and enjoy!
