Couscous Salad

This fresh and simple couscous salad can be made in a jiffy. I have used whole wheat couscous salad in this recipe.


Whole wheat couscous 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped cucumber 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Chopped red onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh dill/Fresh herbs 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



1.In a pot, boil water and cook couscous in it.

2.Simmer for 8-10 minutes and once done allow to cool.


3.In a bowl, add vegetables and toss well.

4.In a bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and whisk well.

5.Pour over salad and stir to combine before serving.


6.Serve and enjoy!
