Raw Veggie Max Pizza With Cashew Cheese

Ingredients

Crust:
Raw almonds 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , soaked
Fresh basil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Cashew cheese sauce:
Raw cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs) , soaked
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
Lemon 1 , juiced
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Wheat free tamari 1 Teaspoon
Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomato sauce:
Cherry tomatoes 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sundried tomatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh parsley 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Toppings:
Red onion 1/2
Yellow bell pepper 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
