Breakfast Recipe-Strawberry Rhubarb Turnovers

Rhubarb is a Spring treat that I love to use as much as possible while it's available. These easy to make turnovers are the perfect Spring/Mother's Day treat that everyone will go crazy over!

Ingredients

Sliced rhubarb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Water 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Sliced strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
Fresh orange juice 1 Tablespoon
Cream cheese 4 Ounce
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Frozen puff pastry sheets 2 , thawed
Egg 1 (mixed with plus a teaspoon water)
