Rhubarb is a Spring treat that I love to use as much as possible while it's available. These easy to make turnovers are the perfect Spring/Mother's Day treat that everyone will go crazy over!
Sliced rhubarb | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Sugar | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
Sliced strawberries | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Orange zest | 1 Tablespoon | |
Fresh orange juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Frozen puff pastry sheets | 2 , thawed | |
Egg | 1 ((mixed with plus a teaspoon water)) |
