Loaded POTATO SKINS - MEXIskins - TexMex Crispy Meat Filled Skins
These crispy potato skins are loaded with spicy ground beef, studded with Jalapeno and smothered with cheese. This delicious recipe was made to celebrate my 4th anniversary on YouTube!
