These crispy potato skins are loaded with spicy ground beef, studded with Jalapeno and smothered with cheese. This delicious recipe was made to celebrate my 4th anniversary on YouTube!


Russet potatoes 6 Medium , washed
Melted butter/Olive oil spray 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Diced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , mince
Ground beef 500 Gram
Taco seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Salsa 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Diced green peppers 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mozza Cheddar mixed)
Jalapenos 2 Tablespoon
Habanero sauce To Taste
Diced cilantro 2 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Salt To Taste
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
